Sheryl nome from macross frontier. the image was from new type but has been heavily edited because of all the text that was on the picture (about 30% guesstimate work on redrawing lines and colouring). the earring was from sheryl nome cd single(edited it out from her ear on the picture). and omg she must have been hard to draw. so much details and complex curve in her hair styling and colouring. toook me one whole day to clean the image. spend my second day making a simple but suitable backdrop (damn creating back drop is hard >.<. then it's a matter of merging layer. add some filtering(bluring, enhancing, hue balance...etc, this is the easy bit :3)
